A two-day workshop-cum-exhibition on the revival of stone carving skill concluded on Thursday at Lonpo House. The workshop was organised by the Himalayan Cultural Heritage Foundation (HCHF) Leh as an endeavour to revive the art of stone carving in Ladakh which is otherwise being neglected and has become one of the endangered traditional craft skill of Ladakh since there are only few people left who know to carve stones.
